Debbie Greene
Rooted in a lifetime of ministry, Debbie Greene is a natural teacher and deeply intuitive counselor who guides others toward truth and healing.

Education & Credentials: BS in Elementary Education and Psychology from Wheaton College and an MABC from Grace Seminary, with advanced counseling studies under Larry Crabb and Dan Allender.

Heart for Service: A lifelong passion for ministry spanning childhood neighborhood classes, immigrant ESL education, student mentorship, director of women’s ministries, Bible teaching, and instructing military personnel at Fort Detrick.

R Greene
Our Story
Debbie and R. Dallas Greene were married in 1982. Shortly after their wedding, Debbie enrolled in a master’s program in Biblical Counseling taught by Larry Crabb and Dan Allender. Before this, Debbie was a sixth-grade teacher known for her ability to counsel students and their parents. During recess, students would gather around her desk to discuss their lives. After completing the counseling program, Debbie continued to offer informal counseling to many women in the church and school contexts. It was common to find her at home on the phone, providing guidance and support to women navigating difficult situations. She has been blessed with much compassion and wisdom.
For nearly four decades, Debbie counseled and discipled women while R, the Senior Pastor of Grace Community Church, worked with men and couples. In recent years, they have collaborated to prepare couples for marriage, help those on the brink of infidelity or separation, and apply Biblical principles to their situations. They have witnessed many encouraging outcomes, including couples reconciling, improving communication, forgiving each other, and revitalizing their relationships.
After 40 years of local church ministry, their work is expanding. God has opened a door to an underground church overseas to train and equip pastors and leaders. He has previously done similar work in Russia, India, the Central African Republic, Serbia and Haiti.
In addition to extensive pastoral experience, R has a background in international law and business and has earned master's and doctorate degrees in theology. They have four beautiful children and nine amazing grandchildren. R and Debbie enjoy riding bikes together, leading marriage groups through Grace Marriage and Bible studies. You will find encouragement from them.
